Fresh Fruit Smoothie Drink
for one serving (16 oz.)
Measurements:
2 tbsp of "Milk Pudding Powder"
2 tbsp of Bubble Tea "Flavored Powder"
1/2 cup of Hot Tea
1 oz of Bubble Tea "Sugar Syrup"
1 cup of Ice
1/2 of cup Fresh Fruit.
(Choice of Pineapple, Papaya,
Strawberry, Mango, Banana,
but "NO" Kiwi.)
1 scoop of cooked Bubble Tea "Tapioca Pearls" or "Jelly Toppings."
Procedure:
First add all powders and
hot tea into the "Blendtec" blender.
Add all the ingredients into the "Blendtec" blender except the
Bubble Tea "Tapioca Pearls".
Blend the ingredient to your
preference. Choose a "Flavored
Powder" that complements the fresh fruit you are blending. Pour
the shaken ingredients over the Tapioca Pearls or Jelly Toppings
into the drinking cup.
Use a Fat Straw to enjoy a smooth texture of Fresh Fruit Smoothie.
You can also add chopped fresh fruits or whipped cream as a topping.

How to make a BOP BING
SOO
Measurements:
3 cups shaved
ice
1 cup fresh
fruits in thin slices (i.e. strawberry, peach, kiwi)
1 scoop ice
cream (i.e. vanilla, mocha, strawberry, etc.)
1/2 cup red
bean
1 tbsp ME
SU DA RU powder
(you can
get this at Korean grocery, ask for BOP BING SOO powder)
2 tbsp fruit syrup of choice
Precedure:
In a large
martini shape glass or pretty bowl. Add shaved ice on bottom.
Spread red
beans in ring shape, shake powder on top.
Lay ice cream
in the middle.
Spread the
fruits on top of red beans.
Add fruit
syrup on top.
