Hot Bubble Tea Latte for one serving (16 oz.)


Measurements:
4 tbsp of Bubble Tea "Flavored Powder"

1-1/2 cup of Hot Tea

1/4 cup of Milk/ Fat-Free Milk

1 scoop of cooked Bubble Tea "Tapioca Pearls" in a drinking cup

Procedure:
First add the powder and hot tea into the drinking cup.

Mix until all powders are well mixed and add milk.
Pour Tapioca Pearls or Jelly Toppings into the drinking cup.
Use a Fat Straw to enjoy the smooth texture of bubble tea.

You can add whipped cream as a topping .
*If you like it sweet add 2 tbsp of "Sugar Syrup" or 2 tbsp of Condensed Milk.

 

 How to cook Tapioca Pearls.

  Black Tapioca Pearls

  (6.6 lbs.)

  Measurements:

  6.6 lbs of Tapioca Pearls

  1 gallon of water

  1 cup of brown sugar

  Procedure:

Boil water and add Tapioca Pearls, stir every 10 minutes. Cook for 50 minutes.
Pour Tapioca Pearls into a strainer and wash thoroughly with your hand under running tap water. Put Tapioca Pearls into a container submerged in water. Add brown sugar and stir. Serve Tapioca Pearls in room temperature.

*Cooked Tapioca Pearls can be served only for 1 day.

*Do not refrigerate to use the next day.

 

Creamy/Tropical Powder drink for one

  serving (16oz.)


  Measurements:
  2 tbsp of Bubble Tea "Flavored Powder"

  1/4 cup of Hot Tea

  1/4 cup of Milk/ Fat-Free Milk

  1.5 cup of Ice
  1 scoop of cooked Bubble Tea "Tapioca    

  Pearls" or "Jelly Toppings."

Procedure:

First add the powder and hot tea into the "Blendtec" blender.

Add all ingredients into a "Blendtec" blender and mix

until all powders are well mixed. Pour the mixed ingredients

over the Tapioca Pearls into the drinking cup.
Use a Fat Straw to enjoy a smooth texture of Bubble Tea.

You can also add chopped fresh fruits or whipped cream

as a topping.

*If you like it sweet add 2tbsp of "Sugar Syrup" or 2 tbsp of Condensed Milk.

 

Tropical Freeze Syrup/Jam Drink for one serving (16 oz.)


Measurements:

2 tbsp of "Milk Pudding Powder"

1/4 cup of Hot Tea

2 oz of "Fruit Syrup" or 2 oz "Natural Jam"

2 cups of Ice

1 scoop of cooked Bubble Tea "Tapioca Pearls" or "Jelly Toppings."


Procedure:
First add the powder and hot tea into the "Blendtec" blender.

Add all ingredients crushed ice and "Fruit Syrup" into a "Blendtec" blender and mix until all ingredients are well mixed.
Pour the mixed ingredients over the Tapioca Pearls or Jelly Toppings into the drinking cup. Use a Fat Straw to enjoy a smooth texture of Tropical Freeze. You can also add chopped fresh fruits or whipped cream as a topping

*If you like it sweet add 2tbsp of "Sugar Syrup" or 2 tbsp of Condensed Milk.

 

Fresh Fruit Smoothie Drink for one serving (16 oz.)


Measurements:
2 tbsp of "Milk Pudding Powder"
2 tbsp of Bubble Tea "Flavored Powder"

1/2 cup of Hot Tea
1 oz of Bubble Tea "Sugar Syrup"
1 cup of Ice

1/2 of cup Fresh Fruit.

(Choice of Pineapple, Papaya, Strawberry, Mango, Banana,

but "NO" Kiwi.)
1 scoop of cooked Bubble Tea "Tapioca Pearls" or "Jelly Toppings."


Procedure:

First add all powders and hot tea into the "Blendtec" blender.
Add all the ingredients into the "Blendtec" blender except the

Bubble Tea "Tapioca Pearls". Blend the ingredient to your

preference. Choose a "Flavored Powder" that complements the fresh fruit you are blending. Pour the shaken ingredients over the Tapioca Pearls or Jelly Toppings into the drinking cup.
Use a Fat Straw to enjoy a smooth texture of Fresh Fruit Smoothie.
You can also add chopped fresh fruits or whipped cream as a topping.

 

How to make a BOP BING SOO 

 

Measurements:

3 cups shaved ice

1 cup fresh fruits in thin slices (i.e. strawberry, peach, kiwi)

1 scoop ice cream (i.e. vanilla, mocha, strawberry, etc.)

1/2 cup red bean

1 tbsp ME SU DA RU powder

(you can get this at Korean grocery, ask for BOP BING SOO powder)

2 tbsp fruit syrup of choice

Precedure:

In a large martini shape glass or pretty bowl.  Add shaved ice on bottom.

Spread red beans in ring shape, shake powder on top.

Lay ice cream in the middle.

Spread the fruits on top of red beans.

Add fruit syrup on top.
