Options
Our goal is to make your shopping experience as simple and
easy as possible. We accept several different methods of payment.
Our online order process is secure.

1.Paying
online with your Credit Card
We accept:

American Express
Discover
All payments are made
in U.S. dollars. Your Credit Card will be authorized
at the time the order is placed but will not be charged until
the item is shipped. If your Credit Card is denied at
the time of authorization, you will receive a message at the
top of the screen. If the credit card is denied during processing,
you will be notified via email.
We realize
that some customers are concerned about Credit Card safety
on line. We understand that concern, so we encrypt your
Credit Card number and store it in a secure database protected
by a firewall. The transmission of this information
is also secure, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology
verified by VeriSign.

| 2. Paying offline with a Check
or Money Order
We do
accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. Dollars
as payment for all orders. We will not accept checks
or money orders as payment for international orders.
All checks or money orders must be drawn on a U.S. Bank.
We cannot
process your order until after we have receivd your payment
and cleared it. You can mail us your check or money
order. Please print the order form and mail the information

Navigating
through our store is easy, and so is buying from the Bubblefly.com.
For your convenience, we've organized our store in
familiar categories : Bubble Milk Tea and much more...
And we're always open on the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week.
To get started:
Move your mouse over to category, select the sub category,
click any sub category to view products.
Browse through the items.
You can even search the entire item by text.
When you see an item that interests you, simply click on
the text link and you'll be taken to the product description
page.
You may purchase the item from this page.

Using your Shopping Cart
To purchase:
Select an Item : When you find an item you want, select
the item, size and format if applicable, and click on the
" Order " button. Your choice will automatically go into your
shopping cart, and you'll be taken to the "View Cart" page.
Continue Shopping : Click on " Continue Shopping " to go
back to the main page.
Viewing Your Cart : To view the contents of your Shopping
Cart at any time, click "View Cart " on the top nav bar.
Checking Out : Click "Check Out" button, If you're done
adding items to your cart and want to make your purchase.
Changing / Deleting Items In Your Shopping Cart
To change a quantity: If you would like to change the quantity
in your Shopping Cart, simply change to the desired quantity
and press the " Recalculate" button.
To remove an item: At any time, you can empty your shopping
cart or take an item out. To remove an item, just click on
"Include Box" and the page will be automatically refreshed
and your totals updated.
To empty your cart: If you would like to clear out your
Shopping Cart entirely, click on the "Clear Shopping Cart"
button and continue browsing through the store.
Checkout: When you have everything you want, click on the
"Check Out" button, and you'll be ready to complete your Cart.

5. The Checkout process
Making your first purchase from us ? Creating a New Account:
If you're a new customer with us, you can register for a new
user, so you won't have to enter all the information again
when you order next (except Credit Card Information, and if
Shopping Information is different). Do not worry!
Your information is stored in a secure and protected database.
Customers who have already shopped with us can simply enter
their user name and password before proceeding. Our
Checkout feature makes purchases almost instantaneous!
Choosing payment options: we strive to make shopping as
convenient and secure as possible, and we constantly research
new and easier ways to buy over the Internet. You can
of course purchase with:
Major Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover
Check back with us soon for additional
methods of payment.
Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Creating Billing, Shipping & Credit Card Information:
We keep all the Information you may have created while you
shop at Bubblefly.com. Your information is stored in
a secure and protected database. You enter the Ship-To address
once, and you'll be able to choose it again to make future
orders even faster.
Selecting a shipment method: For Domestic orders, we ship
via UPS Next Day Air, DHL, or Fed Ex, 2nd Air Day or Ground
(for ground service only available in continental U.S.) Service.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the items
in your order.
Sales Taxes: We calculate the applicable sales tax
and automatically build it into your total price after you
have entered the shipping address. Sales tax is applied
to the sub-total of orders shipped to California and Florida
addresses.
Confirming your order: Your order will not be submitted
until you have reviewed its accuracy, and finally click the
button " Confirm Order ". A confirmation page will
then be presented to you along with an order number.
We recommend you print it and keep it for future reference.
Checking the status of your order: After the order is sent
to our computer, we will schedule your order for picking and
shipping as soon as possible. If you're unsure whether we
have your order, please email us at sales@bubblefly.com.
6. Return Policy
You can return unused goods within 14 days of receipt for
any reason.
We will credit you the full amount of the goods value but
not the shipping charges.
Opened food products or equipment are not returnable.
7. Changes and Modifications
to Service
Bubblefly.com reserves the right to make changes to its
products, services, and prices at any time and without notice.
Bubblefly.com also reserves the right to refuse or alter service
to any individual or group at its discretion.
This includes barring access to Bubblefly.com and its aliases,
deletion of customer accounts, blocking of customer emails,
changing shipping and item charges, and refusal to accept
payment from an individual or group. Bubblefly.com reserves
the right to deny access to certain users or groups by means
of blocking certain IP addresses from accessing the websites.
